Administrative Assistant to Executive Director
NOFA/Mass is looking for an executive secretary to the Executive Director Julie Rawson. This is an eight hour per week position. It starts at $11/hour and is an employee position. Qualifications needed:
- Strong computer skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Access
- Strong typing skills
- Strong critical thinking skills
- Strong writing skills
- Strong personal organization and maturity
- The ability to learn and understand the internal workings of the organization and hold that in confidence.
This job will take place at the NOFA/Mass office in Barre, MA. Times of work to be decided by the job holder and Julie and to include Mondays and Thursdays. The job will consist of working with Julie to manage email correspondence, letter writing, document editing, files management, and calendar management.
We are still looking for teachers for the Childrens Conference, part of the NOFA summer conference. Teachers are responsible for a certain age group for the entire weekend and will be occupied until workshops end each day. We are looking for experienced child care providors who will enjoy creating a fun and safe experience for the NOFA kids.The total pay for the weekend is $330.00.
