Eastleigh is a rare find set in the rural area that is unique to the Framingham, Sudbury, Southboro, Marlboro area. We are milking about 65 cows, mostly jerseys, with a few Brown Swiss and Guernseys as well – the type of A-2 cow that produces the healthiest and tastiest milk available. People will be able to see where the cattle graze as they walk around the farm buildings of this very historic farm, and how we feed them in a rotational grazing system. We have the ingredients in the milk, plus the results of all our professional milk testing available for inspection right in the store.

We offer other dairy products and eggs from an organic producer. trying to show how the cost of providing this quality makes this a more expensive, but much more "liveable" source of great nutrition. We are beginning to add other locally grown items, like honey. We are in the process of building the cheese room, so people can see the construction and hear and explanation of how it all will work. Come visit and tell us what you like. We'll give away a free quart of ice cream once an hour to a random customer.

Directions to Eastleigh Farm can be found on our website, at www.eastleighfarm.com.
