Join us as we have an insightful discussion with NOFA/Mass’s Policy Director Marty Dagoberto and Mireille Bejjani, Western Massachusetts Community Organizer for Community Action Works, co-facilitators of the Community Pesticides Reduction (CPR) network. This webinar will double as the monthly meeting of the CPR network and give all attendees a chance to plug into community-scale efforts to protect pollinators as part of the state and national movement.

Join NOFA/Mass for a special series kick-off webinar that focuses on pathways for overcoming land access barriers faced by farmers of color, beginning farmers, and veteran farmers. Land Access is a critical component for farmers both in urban and rural areas.  Many beginning farmers, BIPOC farmers, and veteran farmers face complex market or institutional barriers in land access.  This webinar will feature panelists who will explain the historic context of ongoing barriers to land access and provide insight into non-traditional ways of acquiring land by leveraging government resources as possible solutions for overcoming land purchasing obstacles.
