Astarte Farm in Hadley, MA, is hiring full-time crew members for the 2020 growing season. Come join the team on our beautiful 3.5-acre, certified organic, no-till/no-spray, market-garden. This is a FULL-TIME position (40hr/week), in which crew members will be expected to work within a small team to maintain quality, efficiency, sustainability, and food-safety standards. The ideal candidate demonstrates clear communication skills, has the ability to follow instructions and work in a group, is self-motivated, and has strong attention to detail. Applicants must be able to lift 50 lbs and be content to work outside in all types of weather. April 1st start date, weather depending. $12+/hr compensation
