Students will learn how to grow vegetables in the education garden and Junior Farmer Field, help with livestock management, participate in hunger relief projects, and more! Highlights from Green Power include eating blueberries picked right from the bush, building obstacle courses for baby goats, and learning from and about the people driving the sustainable food movement in the Boston area. The Green Power summer program is for youth entering grades 6-8 and runs for eight independent weeks of full day sessions from June to August.
