Growing Organically Since 1982

Land

Potter Hill Farm in Grafton, MA (10 minutes from Worcester) has historically grazed animals on 40 picturesque acres of pasture, but I phased out animals after our second child was born this past fall. I'm looking for a motivated partner to create their own value raising animals here, supplemented by paid tractor and vegetable work if desired. I have a thriving vegetable CSA, dedicated customers, secure land tenure, livestock fencing, equipment, and experience to share so you wouldn't be going it alone. I currently only use an acre for certified organic vegetables.

An intentional community is looking for a compatible organic vegetable/livestock farmer to work 1-4 acres of field located on our 33-acre property in Chepachet, RI (1/2 mile off Rt. 44 and 30 min. from Providence).  Both living and farming space are currently for rent with the potential to purchase a residential and/or farming share in the cooperative .

1-5 acres of organic fields available for organic/biodynamic veggie/perennials farming while living in a very reasonable shared apartment with like minded souls; in Worcester; AVAILABLE IMMEDIATELY.

Homestead/Micro Farm 6 acre; 2 open 4 in woodlot or sugar bush, surrounded by over 600 ac. State wildlife land. This homestead has the potential to be an income producing Micro-Farm for an enterprising individual(s).

Diversified organic dairy, 100% grass-fed with cheese operation, farm store, raw milk sales, includes house, cows, equipment & 230A of land.
