The 31st annual NOFA/Mass Winter Conference offers an opportunity to display your products and services before a thousand people committed to learning about organic growing, healthy living and healthy eating for their families and their children.

Come and display your products and services and experience high level marketing potential before a crowd of compatible thinkers -- Saturday, January 13, 2018, 9 am to 6 pm, at Worcester State University, 486 Chandler Street, Worcester, MA.

Vendor-exhibitor set up begins at 6:15 am and should be completed by 8 am.  Vending-exhibiting spaces typically sell out weeks before the conference so be sure to call and reserve your space today.   We accept Visa, Mastercard and checks.

The vendor-exhibitor market will be in the brand new Sheehan Hall, a residential building on campus with a state of the art cafeteria and exquisite food.

Don’t forget: we offer a wonderful advertising opportunity in a Program Book read widely by attendees who use it as a directory throughout the year.  Rates are reasonable and we’re now pleased to offer ads in black and white and color.  As an advertiser in the Program Book, you can take advantage of a special discount to get your own web page in The Organic Food and Product Guide, a marketplace that gets 1,000 new visitors every month!  Check it out:  Having your own web page for just $80 for the year is clearly a no brainer.

Want to expand your market reach? Consider sponsoring the conference and getting a host of additional publicity at a low price.

All prices are included on the exhibitor-vendor form pdf below. Please complete the form and return it as soon as possible with your payment. One lunch is included with every vending-exhibiting fee and every workshop registration fee so please add this only if more than one person will be attending.

If you have any questions or want to pay with a credit card, please contact Heather Dinneen at 860-671-9315 (call/text) or
