     Lindentree farm in Lincoln MA is looking for a full time farmer for the 2019 growing season, from April through November. We have been farming 15 acres here for 26 years.     The Grey Barn is offering an opportunity for an enthusiastic individual to fill a full time apprentice role on our certified organic farm from early April through September.  This person would primarily assist the Vegetable Manager in all tasks including daily harvesting, planting and weeding. This person may also be asked to help with general farm maintenance that could include working with livestock and machinery.  Our ideal candidate has organic vegetable farming experience, is a quick learner, pays careful attention to detail, and always finishes what they start.

    We are looking for a hardworking and dynamic person with an excellent sense of humor to join our small no-till certified organic family farm. This is our fifth season growing and learning in greater Worcester county. This season we are running a 35 person CSA, selling at three local markets, and to a local grocery store. Main responsibilities include seeding,watering, field maintenance, transplanting, harvesting, washing, packing produce, and helping at a Wednesday market. Starting pay is $11 per hour, and access to all on farm produce.
